About the course
This program focuses on building entrepreneurial knowledge, skills and mindset to help students innovate, iterate and solve real-world problems. Co-delivered with the Wade Institute of Entrepreneurship, it provides immersive, interactive learning with access to mentors, guest speakers, investors and the broader entrepreneurship ecosystem. Students learn contemporary concepts, frameworks and tools to identify, validate and implement new business opportunities in startups or established organisations.
What you might learn
Students develop the capability to create and scale new ventures or drive innovation within existing organisations through entrepreneurial thought and action. The course builds practical skills in opportunity identification, business model development and implementing new products, services, processes or ventures. It also aims to strengthen confidence and applied problem-solving through experiential learning and industry engagement.
Career outcome
Graduates can pursue independent venture creation by starting and growing their own business or new venture. They may also enter corporate innovation and intrapreneurship roles, helping established organisations identify and execute new growth opportunities. A further pathway is venture capital, advisory or consulting work supporting early-stage ventures and small companies to start, scale or mature.
