About the course
The Master of Energy Systems focuses on developing the skills to analyse energy systems from technical, commercial and policy perspectives to support decision-making in the energy sector. You will learn from specialists across renewable energy, transport and sustainable energy systems and build a cross-disciplinary understanding of technological, economic, financial and policy considerations. The course includes an industry-aligned curriculum with an opportunity to participate in a real-world industry project.
What you might learn
Students develop the ability to evaluate and recommend energy solutions by integrating engineering fundamentals with economic, financial and policy analysis. The course aims to strengthen decision-making and advisory skills for complex energy transition challenges, including electricity generation and networks and transport energy systems. Graduates build practical, industry-relevant capability through applied learning and project-based work with energy-sector organisations.

Entry requirements
Applicants should have completed a degree in engineering, science, business, finance or economics. English language requirement: IELTS 6.5 with no band less than 6.0.
