About the course
Energy and resources are dominant in the Australian economy, and managing these resources raises complex legal issues for governments and private enterprise across global, national and local contexts. This program, part of the Melbourne Law Masters, is designed for both law and non-law graduates and offers a flexible structure suited to working professionals. Students develop an advanced understanding of energy and resources law, including regulatory regimes for exploration and production and approaches to resolving land-use and resource-related disputes.
