About the course
The Master of Education (Educational Leadership) explores educational administration and management, covering organisational behaviour, leadership theory and change processes in education settings. Designed for aspiring leaders, it develops understanding of how policy, people and organisational factors shape learning organisations. You complete core study in policy analysis and human resource and management policy implementation, plus a capstone project or dissertation in education leadership.
Career outcome
Graduates may pursue or advance into leadership and management roles across schools and other education organisations, applying strategic and people-focused approaches to policy, change and organisational improvement. Potential pathways include roles such as education administrator, program or policy officer, learning and development lead, department or stage coordinator, and leadership support positions in government, not-for-profits or private education providers.
