About the course
The Master of Clinical Science develops advanced clinical research capability for clinicians and health professionals. You’ll build knowledge of the research process and gain competence in designing, planning and commencing a research study, with options to study on campus or online. The course supports evidence-based practice and prepares graduates for further research training or clinical research roles in health settings at master’s level in medicine. The programme deepens scientific methodology, data interpretation, and applied research skills for laboratory and field-based careers.
Career outcome
Graduates can pursue clinical research and evidence-based practice roles across hospitals, clinics, universities and health services. The course supports pathways into research higher degrees and roles such as clinical research coordinator, research officer, trial/project manager, or research-focused clinician.
