About the course
The Master of Clinical Psychology is a 2-year full-time program designed to prepare you for professional practice as a clinical psychologist. You’ll build advanced capability in assessment, diagnosis and evidence-based treatment of emotional and behavioural problems. Learning combines coursework, supervised practice and research, with multiple supervised clinical placements across community, hospital and private settings. This is a Masters coursework qualification in psychology.
Career outcome
Graduates are prepared for work in clinical psychology roles across mental health and health services. Career pathways include clinical psychologist positions in hospitals, community and not-for-profit services, private practice, and specialised programs supporting anxiety, depression, substance use and adjustment to illness.
