About the course
Developed with major hotel industry partners, this degree builds advanced capability for future leaders across hotels, tourism and leisure. You will study hotel operations alongside asset management, service design and delivery systems, operating models and emerging disruptive technologies. The course also strengthens core business management and leadership skills, with an optional professional internship through the University’s Hotel School. This is a Master coursework qualification in hospitality leadership.
Career outcome
Graduates are prepared for leadership and management roles across the global hotel, tourism and leisure sectors. Career pathways may include hotel operations manager, rooms/food and beverage manager, guest experience or service design lead, asset and performance analyst, or corporate leadership roles within hotel groups.
