About the course
UOW’s Master of Business Administration (MBA) Advanced develops responsible, strategic leaders through applied learning and industry-relevant projects. You build advanced management capability while specialising in an area such as Accounting, and study alongside a diverse cohort. The program is delivered on campus with trimester intakes and can be completed full-time in two years (or part-time equivalent) in business and commerce at master’s level. The programme strengthens financial analysis, governance, audit, and investment decision-making for professional finance careers.
Career outcome
Graduates may progress into senior management and leadership roles across corporate, government and not-for-profit sectors, applying strategic thinking, ethical leadership and advanced business skills. The Accounting specialisation can support pathways into finance and accounting-focused leadership positions, alongside broader roles such as project or operations manager, business consultant, and strategy lead.
