About the course
Bond’s Master of Building Surveying develops advanced professional and technical capability for building surveying practice. The program focuses on building legislation, technical codes, construction standards and contemporary industry regulations. Designed in consultation with the Australian Institute of Building Surveyors, it features small classes, mentoring from experienced practitioners, and exposure to current tools and technologies for the built environment at master’s level.

Graduates can pursue senior and specialist roles across construction and property development, applying expertise in compliance, codes and technical standards. Typical pathways include building surveyor roles, regulatory and building control positions, and technical advisory work for major construction and development companies.
