About the course

In this Graduate Diploma course, you will develop particular expertise in food chemistry, microbiology, quality and processing within your choice of 8 units. Upon successful completion, you may enrol in a Masters degree with 1 year of credits (if applicable).

What you might learn

During the course, you will enrol into subjects such as sustainable food and its production, value chain analysis, nutrition politics and policy and health aspects in functional foods. This will enable you to build on skills from your previous studies or enhance your skills in your current employment.
