About the course

In this Graduate Certificate course, you will develop particular expertise in construction management, building surveying, valuation and property development within your choice of 4 units. Upon successful completion, you may transfer to the Graduate Diploma and subsequently enrol in the Masters degree with half a year of credits (if applicable).

During the course, you will enrol into subjects such as protected area planning, property development, investment, valuation and feasibility analysis as well as real estate finance. This will enable you to build on skills from your previous studies or enhance your skills in your current employment.
