About the course
The Undergraduate Preparation Program – Nursing/Health Science is a tuition-free pathway program designed to build the academic and study skills needed for success in first-year Diploma or Bachelor study. Delivered in a modular format, you study one subject at a time with workshop-style learning, no exams or lectures, and support from a Student Success Coach. This Foundation Studies program prepares you for further study in nursing and health sciences. The programme introduces biology, chemistry, and academic skills for health sciences degree entry.
Career outcome
This program is a preparation pathway rather than a qualification leading directly to professional roles. Successful completion provides a supported route into the Diploma of Health Science and, with the required GPA, entry into the first year of relevant bachelor degrees such as Nursing, Midwifery or Health Science. As a Foundation Studies program in nursing and health sciences, it helps build confidence and academic readiness for future clinical and health-sector study. Supporting progression into undergraduate Nursing and Health Sciences degree programmes.
