About the course
QUT’s Intensive Program is a foundation pathway designed for international students who are close to meeting the academic and/or English entry requirements for a QUT bachelor degree. You’ll build academic English, digital literacy and discipline knowledge while learning Australian university study expectations in a supportive QUT College environment. Successful completion and meeting progression requirements can secure entry to first year bachelor study in your chosen discipline. The programme strengthens mathematics, physics, and engineering basics for undergraduate engineering entry.
Career outcome
This pathway program prepares you to transition into first-year undergraduate study at QUT by strengthening academic English, study skills and discipline readiness. While it is not a direct professional qualification, it can improve your ability to progress into a bachelor degree and then pursue graduate roles in your chosen field. Outcomes depend on the bachelor degree you articulate into, particularly in engineering-related study areas. Supporting progression into undergraduate Engineering degree programmes.
