About the course

Successful completion provides a pathway into JCU’s Bachelor of Tourism, Hospitality and Events, supporting a smooth transition from diploma-level study into the hospitality and tourism discipline. The programme introduces business operations, customer service, and administrative leadership for commercial workplaces.

Entry requirements
Successful completion of a course of study equivalent to an Australian Year 12 Certificate or successful completion of JCU Certificate of Higher Education.
