About the course
This Diploma builds practical hospitality management skills for people working in restaurants, hotels, clubs, pubs, cafes and similar venues. You’ll develop capability in skilled operations plus team leading and supervision, with flexible training that can include on-campus learning and workplace-based study. Training includes hands-on activities in a simulated environment and work experience, with some units requiring face-to-face delivery. This is a Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism.
