About the course
The Diploma of Science (International) is a UOW College pathway program that builds core science knowledge and university study skills. It provides guaranteed* entry into second year of UOW’s Bachelor of Science (all specialisations) or Bachelor of Marine Science, helping you transition into undergraduate study. Delivered across three 14-week sessions, it also awards a Higher Education Diploma to support employability while you progress to a UOW bachelor degree in science. The programme develops laboratory safety, sample handling, and basic analytical techniques for technical roles.
