About the course

The Diploma in Retail Management programme is designed for individuals seeking intermediate or supervisory qualifications in retail, as well as those interested in owning or managing a retail business. It introduces students to retail operations and activities across multiple sectors such as fashion apparel and accessories, food, consumer goods, travel and tours, and more. The curriculum is designed and delivered with industry input to reflect current retail trends and practices.

Entry requirements

SPM / O-Levels with a minimum of 3 Credits; UEC with minimum of 3 B’s; STPM with minimum of Grade C (GP 2.0) in any subjects; Any other qualifications deemed equivalent by the Ministry of Education, Malaysia.
