About the course
The Diploma of Information Technology (International) at UOW College is a pathway qualification that prepares international students for university study and provides guaranteed entry into the second year of selected UOW bachelor degrees. You will build foundational knowledge across programming, systems analysis, networks and web technologies while developing skills to succeed in your bachelor. It is delivered on campus across three 14‑week sessions as a Diploma in IT & Computer Science. The programme delivers hands-on programming, networking, and technical support skills for IT employment.

This diploma can help you enter IT support and junior technical roles while progressing to a UOW bachelor degree via second‑year entry pathways. Graduates may pursue work in areas such as software and web development support, systems and network administration assistance, and technical services across business and technology environments.
