About the course
Designed for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander students, this diploma builds foundational knowledge in primary health care and the socio-cultural aspects of mental health, with a strong focus on cultural safety and holistic support for clients and families. Study online with practical placement components and intensive schools. Completion provides a pathway into the Bachelor of Health Science (Mental Health) with credit for the first year. The programme develops laboratory safety, sample handling, and basic analytical techniques for technical roles.
