About the course
This combined pathway course begins with QUT College’s Diploma in Esports, introducing the business strategy, digital technology and commercial operations behind the global esports industry. You study on campus and build foundations in either business or IT, then transition into the Bachelor of Business with advanced standing. The program is designed as an undergraduate pathway focused on esports industry practice and business study. The programme introduces business strategy, finance, marketing, and leadership foundations for commercial organisations.
Career outcome
Graduates can pursue roles across the business side of the esports ecosystem, including marketing, sponsorship and partnerships, community and event operations, and broader esports business administration. The course also supports progression into a Bachelor of Business, expanding opportunities in management, advertising, public relations and commercial strategy. This pathway combines a Diploma focus on esports with undergraduate business preparation for industry-aligned careers. Preparing graduates for business analyst, management trainee, marketing, and operations entry-level roles.
