Combining academic study with industry-accredited coach training, this Graduate Diploma builds advanced capability in organisational coaching and leadership. Delivered jointly by Charles Sturt University and the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL), you study leadership with CSU and coaching subjects with IECL. The course is designed for working professionals and is delivered online with an experiential workshop component. This is a Graduate Diploma in business leadership and coaching.
