About the course
The Graduate Diploma of Human Resource Management is the second stage in ECU’s postgraduate HRM pathway, building on graduate certificate studies and preparing students for further master’s-level learning. It strengthens higher-level HR capability and broader business understanding, focusing on aligning HR policies and practices with organisational strategy and managing strategic change. The course also examines the line manager’s role in translating HR policy into day-to-day practice in HR management.

Graduates may progress into human resource and people-management roles that support workforce strategy and organisational change. The course builds capability in aligning HR policies with business priorities and supporting managers to implement HR practices across organisations.
