About the course
The Graduate Diploma in Project Management builds advanced capability to lead and govern projects across industries. You’ll strengthen skills in managing scope, time, cost and quality, with coverage of planning, assurance, audits, control, benchmarking and best practice. Designed as a shorter alternative to a master’s, it also provides a pathway for further study into the Master of Project Management in business and management. The programme builds executive-level capability in strategy, finance, operations, and organisational leadership for global business environments.
