About the course
The Graduate Diploma in Orientation and Mobility at UNSW develops specialist knowledge and practical skills to support people who are blind or have low vision to travel safely and independently. You’ll focus on assessment, program planning and instruction in orientation, mobility and use of adaptive techniques, building professional capability for work in education and community settings. This is a one-year Graduate Diploma in Education & Teaching. The programme enhances curriculum leadership, pedagogical innovation, and educational policy understanding for professional educators.
