You’ll develop skills across mine planning, design and operations, with a focus on safe and efficient mineral extraction. It prepares graduates for operational and developing management roles in open-pit and underground contexts as a Graduate Diploma in mining engineering. The programme strengthens advanced engineering design, systems analysis, and innovation management for complex industry projects.
What you might learn
You’ll learn to apply scientific, engineering and technological principles to mine development projects, analyse mine feasibility studies, and communicate findings to stakeholders using written/oral presentations and mining software tools.
