About the course
This graduate diploma focuses on the legal frameworks governing energy and natural resources, reflecting the major role these sectors play in the Australian economy and globally. Students study regulatory regimes for exploration and production, and examine legal issues that arise for governments and private enterprise at international, national and local levels. The course is delivered as part of the Melbourne Law Masters and is designed with a flexible structure suitable for working professionals.
