The programme introduces counselling basics, community support skills, and behavioural science fundamentals.
Career outcome
Graduates may work in youth-focused community services, government or non-profit agencies supporting young people’s wellbeing and development. Typical pathways include youth worker roles in outreach, case management support, group programs and community education activities, working within organisational guidelines and safety requirements.
