About the course
The Diploma of Architectural Technology builds foundational skills for architectural drafting and documentation. You’ll develop capabilities in climate-responsive design with an emphasis on sustainability and passive design for Northern Territory and Asia-Pacific conditions. The course also covers computer-aided drafting for design and documentation drawings, detailing, and an understanding of how design firms operate, including professional standards and project delivery processes in architectural practice.
Career outcome
This diploma prepares you for technical roles supporting architects, designers and construction teams, applying drafting, documentation and detailing skills to built-environment projects.
