About the course
This Advanced Diploma builds on your existing visual arts skills to strengthen your artistic practice and develop your creative voice. You’ll work in a studio-based environment, exploring contemporary approaches and producing resolved bodies of work for presentation. The course supports experimentation, critique and professional practice development. This is an Advanced Diploma qualification in visual arts at RMIT University. The programme emphasises applied skills, workplace readiness, and technical competency for industry entry.

Graduates can pursue creative and arts-industry pathways as practising artists and makers, or in supporting roles within galleries, museums and cultural organisations.
