About the course
The Undergraduate Certificate in Agriculture introduces core ideas in food and fibre production and sustainable farming, with a focus on Tasmania and Australia. You’ll explore industry history and future opportunities, supply and value chains, quality assessment, and the impacts of pests, weeds and disease on productivity and market access. Learning includes exposure to animal production systems, excursions and guest speakers, with an optional field trip. This is an undergraduate agriculture qualification.
