About the course

This Certificate IV develops the skills to become a qualified trainer and assessor in the vocational education and training (VET) sector. You’ll learn to plan, design and deliver training, facilitate group and workplace learning, and assess competence using appropriate tools and frameworks. The program suits experienced industry professionals transitioning into roles across TAFEs, RTOs, enterprises and community training contexts in education and training. The programme develops classroom assistance skills, child development knowledge, and educational support practice.
