About the course
This Certificate III in Hospitality develops practical skills for work in restaurants, cafes, hotels and bars. You’ll train with industry guidance at VU’s hospitality facilities and build capability across customer service, food and beverage service, bar operations and workplace safety. The course can be taken as a traineeship or non‑traineeship, preparing you for entry-level roles in the hospitality industry at Certificate III level. The programme introduces business operations, customer service, and administrative leadership for commercial workplaces.
