This Certificate III in Tourism develops practical tourism service, sales and operational skills with sound knowledge of industry operations. You’ll learn to coordinate tourism services using policies and procedures, working with some independence under limited supervision. The qualification supports multi-skilling and specialisation across office-based planning roles and operational/customer service work. It is a Certificate III qualification in Hospitality & Tourism. The programme introduces business operations, customer service, and administrative leadership for commercial workplaces.
