About the course
This Certificate II introduces core hospitality knowledge and practical skills while students complete secondary school studies. Training covers foundational service tasks such as processing transactions, serving food and beverages, making espresso coffee, and applying food safety hygiene and workplace safety practices. It can provide a pathway into Certificate III and entry-level roles across hospitality venues. This is a Certificate II qualification in Hospitality & Tourism.
