Certificate III in Hospitality is a practical, entry-level qualification designed to build service, sales and day-to-day operational skills for hospitality workplaces. You’ll gain hands-on experience suited to roles across venues such as hotels, restaurants and clubs, with study available on campus, online or mixed mode at selected CQUniversity locations. This Certificate III focuses on core hospitality workplace readiness. The programme introduces business operations, customer service, and administrative leadership for commercial workplaces.
