About the course
Certificate III in Hospitality is a practical, entry-level qualification designed to build service, sales and day-to-day operational skills for hospitality workplaces. This Certificate III focuses on core hospitality workplace readiness. The programme introduces business operations, customer service, and administrative leadership for commercial workplaces.
