About the course

This Certificate I - IV course has been designed to develop foundational knowledge in the disciplines of cabin crew and aviation supervision. Students will receive training from industry experienced teachers in order to gain skills to be used towards future employment.

The course assists students to develop essential skills through core units such as aircraft and ground security procedures in order to work effectively and manage disruptive customer behaviour, so as to contribute towards academic knowledge required for a Bachelor degree or find employment in the industry.
