About the course
Certificate III in Appliance Service prepares you for work in the electrical trades, building practical skills to set up, service and repair electrical and refrigerated appliances. Delivered as an apprenticeship-based qualification, it covers fault diagnosis and repair across control systems, motors, and refrigeration and air conditioning circuits, alongside safe refrigerant handling, WHS and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
