About the course

This entry-level Certificate II builds foundational skills for work in the telecommunications industry. You’ll learn safe use of hand and power tools and gain exposure to analogue, digital, cabling and wireless networks. The course introduces installing and testing IP devices, setting up small home/office networks, basic network security and hardware connectivity.
