Delivered by industry-experienced educators, it builds practical skills and foundational knowledge to plan, run and support coaching sessions for community Esports clubs. You’ll focus on engaging session delivery, teamwork and player development, and learn how to foster positive team culture and help improve performance in grass roots gaming communities. The programme builds patient care fundamentals, clinical assistance skills, and health workplace practice.

Graduates can support coaching delivery within community and grassroots Esports or sporting club environments. Typical work includes assisting with planning and running coaching activities, supporting players and teams, and helping promote positive participation and culture. This Certificate II in Sport Coaching provides a starting point for assistant coaching roles and further study pathways in coaching and the broader Esports and sport development sector.
