About the course
Certificate II in Drainage is an entry-level course that builds practical skills for routine drainage work across stormwater, sewerage and sanitary systems. You’ll learn core tasks such as planning and carrying out basic installation, repair, maintenance and testing of below-ground drainage, plus levelling and domestic treatment plant installation. Training is delivered by trade-qualified teachers in industry-endorsed facilities designed to simulate real residential and commercial sites.
Career outcome
Graduates can pursue entry-level work supporting drainage and plumbing activities, including roles focused on installing and maintaining stormwater and sanitary drainage systems on residential and commercial sites.
