This Certificate IV in Building and Construction prepares you for roles such as builder, site supervisor or site manager in small to medium building businesses. You’ll build knowledge of structural principles, codes, standards and legal requirements for residential and low-rise construction, and develop skills to plan and supervise safe work, manage contracts and apply quality processes on projects. This is a Certificate IV qualification in the building and construction discipline. The programme focuses on applied engineering drawings, workshop skills, and technical maintenance competencies.
