About the course

This qualification prepares community service workers to deliver and support person-centred services for individuals and groups across varied community settings. You’ll develop skills in providing support, advocacy and appropriate interventions, with growing autonomy and some responsibility within established guidelines, including the ability to supervise others in certain contexts.
