About the course
This Graduate Certificate of Environmental Management provides postgraduate study in environmental management principles and practice, with a strong focus on wet–dry and semi-arid tropical ecosystems and arid landscapes. You’ll also examine the social context of environmental decision-making and tailor unit choices to areas such as ecology, policy, livelihoods and spatial science. The course is designed as a one-semester pathway with credit towards the Graduate Diploma or Master of Environmental Management.

Graduates are prepared for roles supporting effective and sustainable ecosystem management across government, consulting, land and water management, conservation organisations and industry.
