About the course

This course develops foundational knowledge and practical capability for ethical, reflective supervision across professional settings. You’ll build a framework for supervision grounded in critical self-reflection, contemporary psychological perspectives, clear ethical boundaries and the meaning-making dimension of spirituality. Designed for practitioners such as counsellors, social workers, educators and ministers, it supports safe, self-aware supervisory practice in diverse fields.
