What you might learn
You’ll build capability to develop frameworks for global and Australian biosecurity, investigate complex public health issues and implement policy, and apply health economics and financing principles in health policy. The course also strengthens your ability to apply One Health concepts to leadership and communication in workplace settings through interdisciplinary learning with experienced academics and health leaders.
Career outcome
Graduates are prepared for roles requiring cross-sector leadership and coordination in health and biosecurity contexts. Career pathways can include work across public and animal health, epidemiology and disease surveillance, environmental sciences, food and agriculture systems, and biosecurity planning.
