About the course
This Graduate Certificate in Mediation and Conflict Resolution builds knowledge and practical skills to address conflicts from individual disputes to complex multi-party and international situations. You’ll study conflict resolution theory alongside applied processes such as dialogue and mediation, drawing on contemporary practice across disciplines.
