About the course
The Graduate Certificate in Culinary Nutrition Science is a 40‑credit point program designed to build advanced knowledge of food and nutrition science, culinary arts and eating behaviours. Completed in 0.5 year full-time (or part-time equivalent), it includes two core culinary nutrition units plus two electives drawn from dietetics and other ACU disciplines. It can be taken as a standalone award or as an exit pathway from the Master of Dietetic Practice at ACU. The programme develops advanced clinical reasoning, health leadership, and evidence-based practice for complex care environments.
