About the course
QUT’s Graduate Certificate in Business (Human Resource Management) develops core capability for leading people and workplace change. You’ll study fundamentals of HR management alongside topics such as employment relations, organisational behaviour and business intelligence, while building transferable skills in communication, problem-solving and strategic planning.
