About the course
UNE’s Graduate Certificate in Aged Care Management develops leadership and management capability for those working in the aged care sector. It responds to growing demand created by an ageing population, increased regulatory requirements and more complex service delivery. You’ll build advanced knowledge to help oversee quality aged care services and prepare for management roles in aged care organisations at graduate-certificate level in health management.

Graduates may pursue or progress into supervisory and management roles across residential and community aged care services.
