This Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing Technology prepares you for hands-on work painting, refinishing, repairing and maintaining painted surfaces across a range of vehicles. Delivered face-to-face at Casuarina with simulated workplace and workplace learning, the program can also be undertaken as an apprenticeship. Training is typically delivered in block stages across the year and focuses on building industry-ready skills for automotive refinishing work at Certificate III level.

Graduates may work in the automotive industry carrying out vehicle surface preparation, spray painting and refinishing tasks on light, heavy and recreational vehicles. Typical roles include vehicle spray painter and vehicle refinishing technician (including heavy vehicle and broader industry settings).
